GREEN 2020

GREEN 2020 is an Interreg IVA Cross Border project between Norway and Sweden. GREEN, GRenseløst ENergisamarbeid, means “Borderless Energy Collaboration” between ski resorts.  GREEN 2020 is the follow-up project of GREEN, www.green-project.info.

The main objective of the project is to increase rationale use of energy and renewable energy systems in ski resorts to reduce the environmental impact of winter sports activities in the Inner Scandinavian skiing resorts. These activities will contribute to EU's energy efficiency and renewable energy objectives for 2020!
